Alright, so just some news and what not about my life.
Recently, I somehow got "injured" [Turns out to be a lump under my skin that is INFECTED. Gross] and because of this "injury" I've been having a fever and what not and ugh. Couldn't sleep right either. It's just very painful to do anything. Anyways, it turns out to be no big deal (kind of...) just got to pop some pills and lots of water. ANYWAYS, other from that, time for my great thoughts.
I had my first Professional Communication of Visual Design (Yes...that is the full name of the course) and the professor was going on about his life and then he comes to the point where he says (along these lines) "There is someone out there doing a 9-5 job, making plastics toys, hates his job, and gets to do this for several years of his life and then there's the other end of the toy where a little boy or girl gets it and they're so happy about it. It balances out". I have never really thought about that. Look around your room right now and look at all the things you own; who made that? do they like their job? how many do they make in a day? Interesting right? I think so at least....
My other awesome thought is all about potty training. My friend and I were talking about something and I was telling him how I was going to make a poop log and I thought it would be a better idea to make one for my kids. No, it's not weird, listen; I'll have a chart on the back of the door where it'll have their name and such and they will get a sticker for time they go number one or number two successfully by themselves. Once they collect enough stickers, they can claim awesome prizes; staying up one whole hour after bedtime (redeemable on Friday nights only), vetoing vegetables from dinner, and just so much more little things that they'll enjoy. I think that will make them enjoy potty training a little more, ya know?
Now other things on my mind. This semester of school is going to be a lot tougher than expected. I just realized along with my assignments for class, I have a portfolio and print comp. to worry about and I need maybe up to 20 pictures. Not overly excited but I'm excited to actually get out to get some winter shots.
I think that's it for now so...
Thanks
